Why has the conference been rescheduled?

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Affordable Housing Conference, originally scheduled for October 1-3, has been rescheduled to December 17-19 in support of Hilton hotel workers advocating for fair wages and labor protections. This change reflects our commitment to economic fairness and housing security, recognizing that both affordable housing and fair compensation are essential for a thriving community.
 

When will details on the agenda and speakers be announced?

We are currently working with all speakers to finalize the details for the new dates.  We will communicate the updated schedule as soon as it is confirmed. Please check our website and email updates for the latest information.
 

Will my existing conference registration be transferred to the new dates?

Yes, all existing registrations will automatically be carried over to the new conference dates. You do not need to take any action to transfer your registration.
 

What should I do if I am unable to attend the rescheduled conference?

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled conference, we will honor full refunds with no penalties through November 15, 2024. To request a refund for conference registration, please email neihiconference@7pointe.com. All hotel reservations will be canceled for the previous dates, and individuals will receive a cancellation email from the hotel.

No, you will not incur any penalties for changing or canceling your hotel reservation.
